Zucchini Cake and Chocolate chips by Diane Chu (visitor)
Cream: 1/2 c. soft margarine
1- 3/4 c. sugar

Beat in: 2 eggs
Add: 1/2 c. oil
1 tsp vanilla
1/2 c. buttermilk
Beat ingredients above well. sift and then add to first mixture:
2 1/4 c. flour
4 tb. cocoa
1/2 tsp baking powder
1 tsp baking soda
1/2 tsp cinnamon
1/2 tsp ground cloves

Then add 2 cups of diced zucchini and blend well.
Grease and flour a 9 x 13 inch pan and spread mixture into pan.
Sprinkle with 1/2 cup chocolate chips and 1/2 cups walnuts.
bake: 350 degrees for 40 to 45 minutes.
